Shipping:

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. After processing, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. You will be provided with shipping options and their respective costs during the checkout process.

Please note that we currently only offer shipping within Australia. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Delivery:

We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery of your order. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times as they may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

Returns and Exchanges:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Strathlone House. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items returned without an RA number will not be accepted.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Returns that do not meet this criteria may not be eligible for a refund.

Please note that shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's policies.
