Shipping and Returns
If the product is damaged, we will replace your order free of charge. If you change your mind or don’t like the product, we are happy to take it back providing it is received in original packaging and freighted back to our depot and a re-stocking fee would apply.

Product Information
We have developed a calculator for you to ensure you order the correct amount based on the dimensions of your space.
We recommend thoroughly cleaning the surface area before affixing Strathlone House products with hot soapy water and leaving it to completely dry.
Smartstack is suitable for both internal and external applications, however both Smartbric Resi and Smartboard installation systems include materials not suitable for wet weather. Thus for external applications, these should be in areas that are protected from rain.
Yes, each product features natural materials including brick, natural stone and wood.
