If the product is damaged, we will replace your order free of charge. If you change your mind or don’t like the product, we are happy to take it back providing it is received in original packaging and freighted back to our depot and a re-stocking fee would apply.

We use appropriate courier services, delivery timeframes are dependent on your location, please contact the Strathlone House team directly for more information.

Smartstack is suitable for both internal and external applications, however both Smartbric Resi and Smartboard installation systems include materials not suitable for wet weather. Thus for external applications, these should be in areas that are protected from rain.
